GENERAL

They have landed and are taking over the city. Steadily they're making their way across town, destroying everything in their paths. The town has been evacuated and your regiment has retreated, leaving you alone in the city, at the mercy of the aliens. The aliens have surrounded you, and laser shots fly from all directions. Your movements are confined but you haven't given up. If you're going to live, you'll have to concentrate on where the shots are coming from and where you're going because if you don't, you'll get caught in the Cross Fire.

Cross Fire was originally designed by Jay Sullivan for the Apple II in its first release under On-Line Systems in a small folder. Like many other On-Line Systems releases, it was later re-released in a small SierraVision box. It was also one of the very few Sierra titles re-released for the IBM PC Jr, along with the original King's Quest.
